What is a Debt Relief Program?

A Debt Relief Program is specifically designed for individuals and families that are looking to get out from under the burden of overwhelming credit card debt and avoid the pain of bankruptcy. If you are struggling to make minimum payments on your credit card debts or anticipate doing so in the near future, a debt relief program may be the answer you are looking for.

If you have gone through all the other options available to you and have found they do not fit your specific needs, debt relief is probably your best option. The program is tailored to your budget and schedule, not your creditor’s.

A debt relief program will set you up with one lower monthly payment as opposed to the multiple payments you are now making to your creditors. It will also substantially reduce the amount of time it takes to reduce the balances you owe your creditors to zero.
With a much lower monthly payment than you have now and the prospect of being debt free sooner than you thought possible a debt relief program just might be the answer you have been looking for.

How to Enroll in Our Debt Relief Program.

Free Consultation
The first step in our debt relief program is to schedule a free consultation with one of our specialists. During the consultation, the specialist will evaluate your financial situation and determine whether our debt relief program will benefit you as well as make certain it is the right option for you.

Enroll in the Program
If you decide to move forward with our debt relief program, the next step will be to enroll. Once you have enrolled, you will need to stop making payments to your creditors and start making payments into a settlement savings account which will be overseen by your assigned attorney..

Informing Your Creditors
After enrolling in our program, our team will contact each of your creditors and inform them they are no longer able to contact you directly but must defer all communication to us.

Negotiating a Settlement
As money accumulates in your savings settlement account we will be in a position to approach your creditors with a settlement offer. Our target is for you to pay 50% or less of the balance owed. Depending on the creditor, you can anticipate anywhere from 40% to 70%.

Completion of the Program
Once all of your debts have been settled, your credit report will reflect this fact and you can start working on credit repair. There are plenty of resources and options available to assist you with this and we will be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
